As a senior manager of the delivery team, Grant leads the technical solutions part of our business. His experience extends across a range of sectors including manufacturing, transport, engineering, finance, food processing, logistics and retail.
John Spencer
Operations Director
John brings to Newport not only more than 20 years of management consulting experience, but also significant international experience having worked on client projects in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. He is an expert in the areas of measurement, productivity, inventory management, increased throughput, cost management and operating systems.

Jodie has over 16 years of business, management and consulting experience. She has worked across a range of sectors and projects for leading Australian and international companies. She has experience in cultural change, leadership, people management and operational excellence. Her speciality is the application of learning and development disciplines to achieve sustained behavioural change.

Todd has more than 15 years of international management consulting experience working in the US, Canada, Europe, Africa, New Zealand and Australia. In addition to diverse industry experience and extensive project management experience, Todd specialises in developing and delivering client training sessions using change management techniques, development of culture and embedding sustainability.
